As we’re the official hotel and training venue for the Wales national rugby team, our dedicated, professional and friendly staff are well-versed in catering to rugby teams’ specialist needs. After a long day of training, we understand how important rest and relaxation is. You can retreat to our award-winning spa – the largest in Wales – where you’ll find a range of relaxation rooms and treatments. Need some additional strength and conditioning? Our 4* luxury resort has a state-of-the-art gym that’s just been refurbished and is jam-packed with the latest equipment. For a change of pace, you could always take a dip in our 20-metre indoor swimming pool. Need to analyse performance or hold a team meeting? No problem. We have extensive conference facilities available for that.And on non-training days, our two championship 18-hole golf courses offer the perfect opportunity to blow away the cobwebs.
In the RWC 2015 our pitch came 5th out of 42 training and match pitches with only Wembley, Twickenham, Principality Stadium and The Etihad above us.
