The Vale Resort is currently hiring a Conference, Meetings, Events & Golf Sales Executive.
By joining the Vale Resort and Hensol Castle sales team, you will be joining one of the UK’s most successful and busy conference resorts.
-You will be one of a team selling the Vale Resort and Hensol Castle conference, weddings, dinners, sports facilities and corporate golf day product and service to the local, national and international markets.
-You will deal with a variety of in-bound enquiries via e mail, telephone and face to face appointments, responding within an agreed timeframe with full costings and client requirements with the aim of the securing the clients business.
- You will be at times be required to attend various business / wedding exhibitions..
-You will ensure maximum revenue is achieved for room hire, food and beverage and other relevant resort product such as golf, spa and sports facilities.
- Current resort PMS is Agilysis Visual One – previous experience of a hotel based PMS system would be advantageous but not essential.
- You will work as part of a team, reporting the Event Sales Manager and you will help achieve agreed monthly and annual team targets.
