Guest Relations Manager

A four star resort delivering five star service levels the Vale Resort is currently the AA’s highest rated 4* hotel in Wales.  Comprising of a 143 bedroom hotel, two championship golf courses, Wales’ largest spa, a health and racquets club and five food outlets, the Vale Resort is currently looking for a dedicated Duty Manager to join the front of house team.

The role will involve working both day and night shifts, covering for the night management team when required.

You will be required to assist in the smooth running of the Resort adopting a “hands on approach” which includes dealing with guest enquiries and requests ensuring a first class level of customer service at all times.

You will also be required to assist within other departments as the needs of the business dictate.

The successful candidate will need to have an exemplary customer service manner, excellent communication skills and be familiar with working in a fast moving environment.
