The Vale Resort has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
What will you be doing?
Working as part of the Human Resources team, the successful HR Manager will be responsible for implementing the Company’s Human Resources strategy and providing Personnel and Development advice and guidance across The Resort, all whilst upholding the brand and providing a 5 star service this resort provides to staff and guests alike.
Support is provided from the central HR & Payroll Department but we are looking for someone who can influence, lead and work independently
The key duties will include; recruitment, selection and induction, training and development, employee relations, health and safety and payroll.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware with a sound knowledge of employment law and practical application as well as being passionate and driven working within the service industry.
In return we offer:
Salary: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 per year
