A four-star resort delivering five-star service levels, the Vale Resort comprising of a 143 bedroom hotel with five food outlets, two championship golf courses, and Wales’ largest spa, health and racquets club. The recent expansion of the resort now includes newly developed Hensol Castle comprising of 20 bedrooms and extensive wedding and conference business.
Due to exceptional demand, we are looking to increase our team at the resort and are currently recruiting for a Casual Driver & Concierge.
Working within the Resort you will support and assist the Front of House team ensuring our guests receive personal and individual recognition and excellent service.

The ideal candidate will previous experience of working in the hospitality industry, must be a team player committed and driven to achieve high standards and departmental goals, along with being a motivator and be able to stay calm under pressure. Customer service experience is essential.
Due to the role requiring driving applicants must be 25 years of age with a full clean driving license.
The role requires flexibility to work between the hours of 9 pm - 9 am including weekends.
