In recent years the expansion of our Resort includes Hensol Castle, transformed into a luxury and unique wedding and events venue. Recent renovation of the Grade I listed Castle has now opened 20 luxury bedrooms along with our award-winning Distillery, gin school and visitor attraction tucked away in the cellar.
About the Role:
Working as part of the Events team you will provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding expectations, along with:
· Ensure all events are set up in line with the function sheets.
· Approach and acknowledge all guests, always ensuring exceptional customer service.
· Awareness of menus, wine list and banqueting etiquette.
· Maintain stock supplies throughout the functions.
About you:
· You'll have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of food safety and an understanding of allergens is desirable
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Committed to working as a team
