The Vale Grill’s stylish, floor-to-ceiling glass conservatory ensures dining here is always a light-filled and uplifting experience with spectacular views of the Vale Resort’s Lake Golf Course to savour. In the summer, weather permitting, we open up the terrace, too, so you can dine al fresco.

The Vale Bar boasts our collection of Hensol Castle gins and our own Benjamin Hall spirit range that are all made on our impressive estate in the cellars of the breath taking Hensol Castle. Also, why not try a local ale? Glamorgan Smooth and Brains SA Gold are sure to give you a taste of Wales. Its recently uplifted décor is modern and airy, and the menu is family-friendly, committed to simple classics that look tempting and taste delicious.
