Bedrooms are available for check-in from 3:00PM and our check-out time is 11:00AM. Due to the very high demand for our bedrooms we cannot always guarantee your room being ready earlier than this time. In the event of your room not being ready on your arrival we will do our utmost to accommodate you, we will store any luggage and you are welcome to use our leisure facilities while you wait. Your rooms will be held for late arrival.
We strongly advise that any dinner reservations are made prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Our reception team will be happy to make a reservation on check-in; however, times may be limited due to pre-bookings. Pre-booked dinner times can be found in the comments section of your reservation details.
You will be required to register a payment card against your room on check-in. This card will be charged a fee if any damage is found in your bedroom after departure.
If you have made arrangements to play golf during your stay, details of tee times can be found in the comments section of your reservation details.
We require notice of cancellation by noon (12pm) on the day prior to your arrival. If cancellation is made after this time, you will be charged for the first night's accommodation. Your rooms will be held for late arrival, but non-arrival will incur a charge. Please note that any deposit taken is non-refundable.
