Bedrooms are guaranteed to be available for check-in from 3:00PM and our check-out time is 11:00AM. Due to the very high demand for our bedrooms we cannot always guarantee your room being ready earlier than this time. In the event of your room not being ready on your arrival we will do our utmost to accommodate you, we will store any luggage and you are welcome to use our leisure facilities while you wait. Your rooms will be held for late arrival.
We strongly advise that any dinner reservations are made prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. Our reception team will be happy to make a reservation on check-in; however, times may be limited due to pre-bookings. Pre-booked dinner times can be found in the comments section of your reservation details.
The resort reserves the right to make all golf groups into 4-balls wherever possible. In the event of adverse weather conditions vouchers will be issued for any rounds of golf that cannot be played on golf break packages.
You will be required to register a payment card against your room on check-in. This card will be charged a fee if any damage is found in your bedroom after departure.
Please arrive at the golf pro shop at least 20 minutes before your tee off time. If you have any changes before your visit please contact the shop on 01443 665899.
Full use of our leisure facilities including a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, as well as gym classes (subject to availability) are included as part of your stay.
If you would like to book a spa treatment as part of your stay, we would strongly advise that this is arranged prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
If you have booked a gin tour as part of your stay, you will receive your tickets in a separate email, which will also contain all the details required for this experience.
If you have made arrangements to play golf during your stay, details of tee times can be found in the comments section of your reservation details.
We will willingly postpone your stay up to 7 days prior to your arrival date, however no amendments can be made to your booking after this time; we will happily offer a name change to your booking, but will not offer a postponement if you are no longer to attend on the above date.
