What do I wear to the spa?
Everyone attending our spa break or day will receive a towel, role and slippers on arrival. We advise you to bring your swimming costime to change during your time here.
Can I use the gym during my spa day?
Yes. During your spa day or break you will have full access to our spa and leisure facilities which includes our gym.
Is there anywhere to relax during my spa visit?
Absolutely - we have 5 relaxation rooms in our spa, perfect for a snooze after your treatment.
I have a medical condition. Can I still have a treatment?
We can discuss ailments and guide you to the best treatment choice for yourself. Our skilled therapists can adapt treatments to suit your condition.
What are your spa opening times?
Monday-Sunday: 9am-6pm
What time do I check in?
Check in is from 3pm. However, you are welcome to use our leisure facilities from 12pm on the day you check in.
Do you have a gentleman's treatment list?
Whilst majority of our spa treatments are unisex, we do have specific ones we recommend for gentlemen visiting our spa.
