How Far in Advance to Book / When Should You Book Your Venue?
Timing matters. The Vale Resort will provisionally hold your date for two weeks, after which a deposit of £1000 is required to confirm the booking.
Given the popularity of such venues and the capacity, it’s wise to start 18-24 months ahead for peak dates (spring/summer/festive) or at least 12 months in advance to secure the team, menu and room you want.
Once your date is booked, it gives you the green light to progress your guest list, décor, catering and photography.
