You will need to complete a quick health form on arrival, and will be shown around the facilities, so please arrive 15mins prior to your session.
A complimentary robe and pair of slippers will be provided on arrival, but please feel free to bring your own robe. These are all one size.
You will be required to register a payment card against your room on check-in. This card will be charged a fee if any damage is found in your bedroom after departure.
Treatment choice to be made prior to arrival. We may not be able to accommodate on the day treatment changes.
Spa Timings:
Spa days are available Monday-Sunday.
Morning package - 09:15am with a spa buffet style lunch served in the Vale Grill between 1pm -3pm. Treatments start at 9:30am, access from 9:15am.
Afternoon package – 2.00pm to 6.00pm, with a spa buffet style lunch served in the Vale Grill between 12:30pm - 2pm.
Full day package - 9:15am - 6pm. Spa buffet style lunch served in the Vale Grill 12:30-3pm.
Twilight Spa Package: Runs Monday-Thursday and please arrive at the spa for 3pm.
*Sunday visits will include a 2 course ‘Sunday Lunch only’ (starter & main). Afternoon Tea on event days (such as Mother's Day, Easter Sunday etc.)*

Please make us aware if there are any dietary requirements prior to arrival.
If you prefer to wear your Bathrobe and Slippers to attend your lunch located downstairs in the Main Hotel, you are more than welcome to do so. This excludes Sunday due to our Sunday Lunch service.
Spa Breaks:
A non-refundable deposit of 100% of your stay is charged at the time of booking. No cancellation allowed - Full non-refundable payment required at the time of booking. An additional supplement charge of £50 per evening will apply for single occupancy. If you have dinner included in your package this will include a 3 course meal from our inclusive dinner menu.
Group Spa Breaks:
Choose a 50 minute treatment from a selected list. Subject to availability. Dining from an inclusive dinner menu. A non-refundable deposit of £50pp of your stay is charged at the time of booking. Full pre payment 8 weeks prior to you arrival. Minimum number of 10 people. An additional supplement charge of £50 per evening will apply for single occupancy.
Half Spa Day:
Valid Monday - Thursday only. A non-refundable deposit of 100% of your spa day is charged at the time of booking. No cancellation allowed - Full non-refundable payment required at the time of booking. Morning experience is 9am - 2pm and afternoon experience is 2pm - 6pm. Twilight spa package is 3pm-6pm. Food is included - see above for lunch details.
Full Spa Day:
A non-refundable deposit of 100% of your spa day is charged at the time of booking. No cancellation allowed - Full non-refundable payment required at the time of booking.
Individual Treatments:
If you have booked an individual treatment it does not include a bathrobe and slippers or use of our spa/leisure facilities. No cancellation allowed - full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
Spa Relaxation Zones (09:30-18:00):
Our relaxation zones are available to guests during the above hours to enhance your spa experience. Guests planning to use wet facilities are advised to bring an alternative set of swimwear for comfort, as well as appropriate fitness attire if using the gym.
