Inspired by seasonal trends we gave our Salamanza mixologist Matt the task of making us some us some spring cocktails. We asked Matt how he came to design the menu for this season where he told us that he’s created it around times of the day ranging from dewy grass greens in the morning right through to the delicate pinks of dusk.
