Due to exceptional demand, we are looking to increase our team at the Vale Resort and are currently recruiting for a Head Chef.
Leading the Resort kitchen team, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating the team. Ensuring the highest quality of food and standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience working in a four star/ five star hotel with kitchen management experience. Full understanding of HACCP and its importance with the ability to lead in Health & Safety and Food Safety. Minimum of Level 2 Food Safety qualification required Level 3 Food Safety qualification preferred.
Who we are
The Vale Resort, part of the Leekes Group of Companies, has been operating since 1999 and is the official hotel and training venue for the Wales national rugby and football teams.
The four star resort deliver five star service levels and comprises of a 143 bedroom hotel with five food outlets, two championship golf courses, and Wales’ largest spa, health, and racquets club. Recent expansion of the resort now includes newly developed Hensol Castle comprising of 20 bedrooms and extensive wedding and conference business.
