At the Vale Resort Day Nursery, our staff are dedicated and motivated to care for your children. All of our staff are carefully selected on the basis of of their qualifications, experience and requirements for the role. Each member of staff undergoes in-depth training, which covers areas such as safeguarding children, equal opportunities, health and safety and working together as part of a team. All members of our team are required to attend training in first aid and safeguarding regardless of their previous experience. All members of our team obtain a Level 3 Childcare Qualification, Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection and Food Hygiene certificates.

With 14 years experience within the Day Nursery, Leighan holds a BTEC National Certificate in Early Years. A level 3 MAHPS play work qualification, level 2 in food hygiene, level 3 in food allergen management, paediatric first aid, child protection training, prevent duty training along with an up to date DBS.
FRANKIE WOODCLIFFE
NURSERY DEPUTY MANAGER
With 6 years experience within the Day Nursery, Frankie holds a BTEC National Certificate in Children’s Care Learning & Development. A Level 3 MAHPS play work qualification, level 2 in food hygiene, level 3 in food allergen management, paediatric first aid and child protection training along with an up to date DBS.

With 4 years experience within the Day Nursery Leah holds a Level 3 in Children’s Care Learning & Development. A Level 3 MAHPS play work qualification, level 2 in food hygiene, paediatric first aid and child protection training along with an up to date DBS.

OVER 2'S TEAM LEADER
With 15 years experience within the Day Nursery, Leanne holds a Level 3 in Early Years & Education. A Level 3 MAHPS play work qualification, level 2 in food hygiene, level 3 in supervising food safety, paediatric first aid, child protection training, prevent duty training along with an up to date DBS.
